What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
For local (Cape Town) collection only.
Payments made from FNB accounts reflect on the same day, while those from other banks usually take 2-3 days to reflect. So please remember to email us proof of payment (email@example.com) so we can start processing your order. Your stuff won’t be delivered until funds have cleared in our account.
The PayFast option enables you to make payments via credit and debit cards and Bitcoin. For South African bank account holders only.
Unfortunately we don’t accept PayPal payments. International customers can make EFT payments directly into our bank account using the Swift code provided.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Absolutely. We don’t store your credit card details and don’t share your info with any 3rd parties. If you have any hassles with the online ordering system, we’re just a phone call, email or text message away and will endeavour to sort out your problem as quickly as possible. We’ll let you know when your parcel is on the way too.

How Do I Place an Order?
Select Our Stuff on the main menu, which will take you to our shop front. Once there, click on a category and from there, you can select your preferred sub-categories. You can then either add products to your basket or select individual products to view details and specifications.
Hit the back button to keep shopping – or go to your basket or directly to checkout. Here, you can fill in your billing details (if you’ve registered, these details will show automatically) and select shipping and payment options. If you have a promo code, enter it in the space provided to claim your discount.
Then place your order and make your payment.
We’ll notify you that we’ve received your order and payment, with details on when you can expect to receive your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/sms/whatsapp +27 (0) 824542478 should you wish to cancel or change your order.
There is no charge if we have not yet processed your order and payment has not been made.

If payment has been made but we have not yet processed your order, we will refund you the full amount*
If your order has been processed and paid for and is awaiting dispatch/collection, we will refund you 75% of the value of the order.*
If the goods have already been dispatched, we will refund you 50% of the value of the order minus the cost of return delivery*. You will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs.
*less R30 (for orders under R500) or less R60 (for orders above R500) to cover banking and accounting charges.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No. You may order by filling in your details on the checkout page. An account will make subsequent orders easier for you though and you’ll be able to view past purchases.
Rest assured that all details you provide will only be used when purchasing from our site and will not be shared with any 3rd parties or added to any lists.
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns will only be accepted if we’re notified of your intention within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment and couriered back to us within a further 48 hours. Should your delivery have arrived on a Friday, dispacth must be before close of business the following Monday.
Please ensure all goods are secured properly in their original packaging, to prevent breakages and damages.
Refunds will only be processed once we have the received the goods and deemed them to be in their original condition.
