Cancellations and Changes to your Order
Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call/sms/whatsapp +27 (0) 824542478 should you wish to cancel or change your order.
There is no charge if we have not yet processed your order and payment has not been made.

If payment has been made but we have not yet processed your order, we will refund you the full amount*
If your order has been processed and paid for and is awaiting dispatch/collection, we will refund you 75% of the value of the order.*
If the goods have already been dispatched, we will refund you 50% of the value of the order minus the cost of return delivery*. You will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs.
*less R30 (for orders under R500) or less R60 (for orders above R500) to cover banking and accounting charges.
We don’t store your credit card details and don’t share any of your info with any 3rd parties, under any circumstances.
Our site automatically collects certain information, such as the web browser you use, your IP address and your time zone. We also collect information about the pages and products you view on our site, how you interact on it, and referring sites and search phrases that led you here.
Online payments are safe and secure.
We offer several different payment methods, including COD (for local pick up only), card payments via the PayFast Gateway and EFT payments directly into our bank account.
PayFast is one of SA’s leading secure payment gateways. After a payment has been completed, both the buyer (you) and seller (Stuff by Jools) are notified immediately of the successful transaction.
Should you receive your order and one or more of the items have been damaged or broken in transit, please send a pic of the offending item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org or +27824542478 and we will either refund you or replace it/them as soon as possible.
