Use of Platform

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. You agree that you will not use our platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

User Eligibility and Registration

  • To use the Stuff byJools platform, you are entering into a legally binding contract. By registering an account on Stuff byJools, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • To register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, email address, and phone number. You must also create a strong password to secure your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Stuff by Jools reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect that you have provided false or misleading information, violated these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform.

You acknowledge that the platform is a venue for real estate listings and that we do not take part in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. As a user of the platform, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of our platform. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or any other systems or networks connected to our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these terms and conditions or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Cancellations and Changes to your Order

Please email us as soon as possible at accounts@stuffbyjools.co.za or call/sms/whatsapp +27 (0) 82 454 2478 should you wish to cancel or change your order.

There is no charge if we have not yet processed your order and payment has not been made.

CANCELLATIONS :

If payment has been made but we have not yet processed your order, we will refund you the full amount*

If your order has been processed and paid for and is awaiting dispatch/collection, we will refund you 75% of the value of the order.*

If the goods have already been dispatched, we will refund you 50% of the value of the order minus the cost of return delivery*. You will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs.

*less R30 (for orders under R500) or less R60 (for orders above R500) to cover banking and accounting charges.

Data Protection

We don’t store your credit card details and don’t share any of your info with any 3rd parties, under any circumstances.

Our site automatically collects certain information, such as the web browser you use, your IP address and your time zone. We also collect information about the pages and products you view on our site, how you interact on it, and referring sites and search phrases that led you here.

Payment

Online payments are safe and secure.

We offer several different payment methods, including COD (for local pick up only), card payments via the PayFast Gateway and EFT payments directly into our bank account.

PayFast is one of SA’s leading secure payment gateways. After a payment has been completed, both the buyer (you) and seller (Stuff by Jools) are notified immediately of the successful transaction.

Damaged Goods

Should you receive your order and one or more of the items have been damaged or broken in transit, please send a pic of the offending item(s) to stuff@stuffbyjools.co.za or +27824542478 and we will either refund you or replace it/them as soon as possible.
