If you’re totally confused about whether you’re Arthur or Martha or coming or going and you no longer have a clue what day of the week (let alone month) it is, our meal planners are springing to the rescue!

Our downloadable and printable A4 fruit meal planners will help you get back some semblance of a routine*.

Stare at it often enough and it’ll hopefully inspire you to get back on the healthy eating roundabout.

While some fruits are seriously overrated (like dragonfruit and starfruit and kiwis – and, I venture to say … bananas! – though they’re great in smoothies), others are obviously delicious and packed full of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants and other good stuff.

For those of you who don’t particularly enjoy any of it, remember wine is essentially a fruit, as can be proved by exploring vineyards – particularly those in the Western Cape, when the baby grapes are budding on the vines. **

*Assuming you don’t have much of a routine. If you do, though, more power to you and our planners will just make your life (significantly) easier.

**Disclaimer: I’m obviously not encouraging the consumption of alcoholic beverages, though someone has to keep the grape growers associations going, right?

PS. If you really, really like berries, pineapple, bananas, mangos, pineapples and everything else in that category and are in CT, you can get loads of delicious stuff at reasonable prices at Berries Express.

Jabulani (our local supplier – +27 63 866 9061) has THE BEST fresh and frozen stuff.
